Downtown Utility Infrastructure and Revitalization Project

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The City is embarking on a transformative Downtown Utility Infrastructure and Revitalization Project to ensure the area thrives for decades to come. This comprehensive initiative will strengthen Downtown's ability to support ongoing operations and growth, with efforts centered within the official boundaries of the Downtown Revitalization Zone (see project schedule page) and guided by the Downtown Revitalization Master Plan.

The project will be carefully executed in stages to minimize disruptions to traffic, pedestrians, and business operations. Below, you'll find a high-level overview of the project’s phases, with Phases I and II highlighted for clarity.
